Before you book
The terms that apply when you book with us, and what to do if anything isn't right. By booking, you agree to them.

Who we are
These terms are between you and By Narjis Limited, trading as By Narjis, 17 Thayer Street, London W1U 3JX. Questions about them are welcome at [email protected] or +44 7888 687194.
Over 18s only
We only treat clients aged 18 and over, and we may ask for photo ID. By law, anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers can't be given to anyone under 18 in England.
Consultations come first
- Every treatment begins with a consultation, to decide whether it suits you and what it should involve.
- Your treatment may not happen on the same day as your consultation. That gives us time to plan your care properly.
- We may decline or postpone a treatment if, after your consultation, it isn't right for you.
Deposits, cancelling and changing
- A deposit is needed to secure your booking.
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change your appointment.
- With less notice, the deposit isn't refunded, and a late cancellation may be charged.
Prices
The prices on this website are our current prices. Your practitioner confirms the price of your treatment plan with you before anything is done.
Your health and safety
Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies or medicines before your consultation, and let us know if anything changes. It helps us decide what is safe for you.
Reminders and timekeeping
Our booking system sends reminders to help, but it is up to you to arrive on time for your appointment. We ask every client to be punctual and courteous to our team.
Your information
We use what you give us to arrange and provide your care, as our privacy page explains.
Complaints
We want every visit to feel right. If something hasn't, please tell us. We would much rather hear it and put it right.
- How to tell us. Email [email protected], call +44 7888 687194 or speak to us at the clinic. Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do.
- What happens next. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 5 working days, or tell you why we need a little longer. If it is about a treatment, a senior member of the team will look into it, and we may invite you in for a review.
- If you are still unhappy. Citizens Advice gives free, independent advice on your consumer rights: citizensadvice.org.uk, or 0808 223 1133. If your concern is about a doctor's practice, you can also contact the General Medical Council at gmc-uk.org. And you can tell the Care Quality Commission, which regulates the clinic, about your experience at cqc.org.uk.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and the version on this page when you book is the one that applies.
