I’m Narjis Jassim Al-Seady. founder and lead practitioner of BYNARJIS. With a deep passion for enhancing natural beauty. I bring extensive knowledge and a meticulous approach to every treatment I perform.
My goal is to empower my clients with personalized care that highlights their unique features. delivering results that leave them feeling confident and radiant.

Darren Seale
Darren is the dynamic Head of Operations at By Narjis Aesthetics & Academy. With a passion for innovation and excellence, Darren has joined the team to elevate the clinic to new heights. His mission is to introduce exciting new services while ensuring the clinic continues to provide top-tier care and results for all clients. Darren brings a wealth of expertise to the role, holding a Level 4 qualification in Beauty Therapy and specialising in male treatments. His skills range from advanced facials and laser hair removal to cutting-edge hair rejuvenation treatments like PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma). With Darren at the helm, the clinic is set to expand its offerings and deliver an even more personalised and inclusive experience for every client.
Dr Sultan
Dr Sultan is a specialist in medical aesthetics with a background in plastic surgery.
He’s a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and holds degrees with distinction from the University of Oxford and University of Exeter.
Dr. Azqa
I am a qualified medical doctor with an MBBS from Bart’s and the London School of Medicine, currently in GP training. I hold a Level 7 Diploma in injectables and cosmetic dermatology from the British Aesthetic Academy and Harley Academy.
Passionate about skincare, nutrition, and aesthetics, I take a holistic approach to help clients achieve their best version, combining internal health and aesthetic treatments. I’m ethical, caring, and committed to helping clients look and feel their best. Fun fact: I was a finalist in Miss Universe Great Britain 2024!
Stefania
Born and raised near Milan, Italy, I graduated as d beauty therapist from the prestigious BCM Beauty Centre of Milan. In 2012, I moved to London, working as a mobile spa therapist at luxury establishments like Four Seasons and Dorchester.
Transitioning into aesthetics, I focused on skin and body concerns such as acne, anti-aging. and weight loss.
Today, as a skin specialist, I deliver medical facials combined with energy healing and wellness, including lymphatic massage, to promote rejuvenation and well-being.
