Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments
– All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
– A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
– Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the appointment being rescheduled, and the deposit forfeited.

2. Payments
– Full payment for treatments is required on the day of your appointment.
– We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online payments. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques.
– All prices are subject to change at the discretion of By Narjis Clinic. You will be informed of any price changes prior to your treatment.

3. Refund Policy
– We operate a strict non-refundable policy for all deposits and completed treatments.
– Refunds for prepaid packages or courses will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to management approval.

4. Medical Disclaimer
– All treatments are carried out by qualified practitioners. However, results may vary depending on individual factors, and no guarantees can be made.
– It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications prior to treatment.
– By Narjis Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.

5. Privacy Policy
– By Narjis Clinic is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR regulations.
– Your information will only be used for appointment management, treatment records, and marketing (if you have opted in).

Company Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
– Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit.
– In the event of repeated cancellations or no-shows, By Narjis Clinic reserves the right to decline future bookings.

2. Deposits
– A deposit is required for all bookings to secure your appointment. This is non-refundable but can be transferred if 24 hours’ notice is provided.
– Deposits are valid for 3 months from the date of payment.

3. Client Conduct
– By Narjis Clinic operates with professionalism and respect. We kindly ask clients to treat our staff and premises with the same respect.
– Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

4. Treatment Suitability
– A consultation is required before all treatments to ensure suitability and safety. By Narjis Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed inappropriate.
– Clients must follow all pre-care and post-care instructions provided by their practitioner to achieve the best results.

5. Children & Guests
– For safety and privacy reasons, we kindly ask that children under the age of 16 are not brought to appointments.
– Guests are welcome to wait in the reception area but are not permitted in the treatment rooms.

6. Promotions & Offers
– All promotions and offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
– By Narjis Clinic reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.

7. Refund Policy
– All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid packages or courses will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to management approval.
